The world's most gentle single-material construction
I wanted to make a soft forged iron.

"Let's create a soft forged iron that is even easier to use than the TB-5."
When the planning department gave me the mission in the development department, I felt from the bottom of my heart that I wanted to create "the most forgiving soft iron in the world."
We were confident in the perfection of the "forgiveness" function of the "TB-5 FORGED" soft iron, and we felt that surpassing that would naturally mean becoming the "best in the world." The challenge was that it required a single-material soft iron forging structure.
What made this possible was Fourteen's unique back face structure, ``Theater Blade.''

A truly satisfying "absolute feel." A feel that truly suits your senses. The form, feel, and ease of use are beautifully balanced, like the golden ratio. The new TB-5 FORGED now comes in a diamond black satin finish.
■Diamond black satin finish for lasting beauty.
The diamond black satin finish exudes a sophisticated and powerful look. It is more wear-resistant than previous black plating, and maintains its beautiful condition for longer. The shaft color also uses a black finish to match the head, enhancing the club's overall presence.
[PERFORMANCE]
■The performance that must not be changed is the functionality of TB-5 FORGED itself.
All Fourteen products are developed with a target player in mind. The target players for the TB-5 FORGED are "expert" and "veteran" amateur golfers with long golf careers who are particular about their game and clubs. The target players remain the same for the new model, and Fourteen believes that the features that were "perfect" in the previous model should not be changed.
■Center of gravity design that clearly captures the target player
The new TB-5 FORGED (25) is designed to maintain the precision of its predecessor, from the center of gravity distance, depth, height, and moment of inertia, in other words, the ease with which the ball rises, the ease with which it catches, and the forgiveness of mishits.
■The performance that needs to be further refined is the feeling itself, including the feel of the hit.
At Fourteen, we believe the value of a soft-iron forged iron lies in its exceptional feel, primarily the feel at impact. The pure feel that a single-material forged structure conveys to the player cannot possibly be matched by a composite structure. A good feel isn't just about the exhilarating sensation you get when you make a good shot; it's also about the ability to provide feedback that clearly tells you the difference in feel (good or bad) when you make a mistake. The new TB-5 FORGED has undergone a steady evolution, beginning with the feel itself. The pure feel of soft-iron forging encourages amateur golfers to improve their game. A great feel when you hit a good shot. A decent feel when you hit a decent shot. The new TB-5 FORGED relentlessly delivers the best feel for amateur golfers.
■Evolution of feel = evolution of Theater Blade
In order to create a soft feel when hitting with a single-material, soft iron forged iron, the development theme was to increase the thickness of the impact area. A major advantage of the Theater Blade structure is that it allows the thickness to be freely adjusted to the desired location without changing the function (center of gravity performance). The theater (curved) area from the toe to the heel was made smaller, and the thickness was used to increase the volume of the curved area in the sole, which is closer to the impact point. Another important aspect, especially for the "TB-5 FORGED," was a design that responds to the aesthetic sensibilities of veteran players. The design theme for the development was to create a "feel of iron" and "thickness" that is closer to a muscle back.
The grooves on both sides of the toe and heel, which form the boundary between the theater blade and the curved sole, are intended to capture excess weight for aesthetic purposes, but they are also difficult to design using the forging method. "Clubs must be beautiful." The "TB-5 FORGED" combines functionality with the policy that Fourteen has upheld since its founding.
■Universal sole that can be used for any lie
The universal sole originated in the "DJ Series" of forgiving wedges, which were developed with the aim of achieving versatility for the average golfer. The sole's ability to accommodate any head angle of attack was improved for the previous model, the "TB-5 FORGED (21)," and is an important feature that contributes greatly to practical forgivingness. The "TB-5 FORGED (25)" further refines the round shape, providing excellent release that can accommodate any lie.
A wolf in sheep's clothing
When improving the Theatre Blade, the thickness of the top blade and the appearance of the neck were adjusted, resulting in a head shape that is easier for experienced players to set up. While the head size remains the same, it has evolved into a semi-gooseneck shape that provides a moderately sharp feel while also providing a more conscious straight shot. With its maximum ease of use and a bold appearance, the TB-5 FORGED (25) is truly a "sheep in wolf's clothing."

Fourteen's new standard wedge. ■THE STANDARD WEDGE! The "FR-5" is the standard for all wedges. The "FRZ" pursues linear controllability, while the "DJ-6" boasts fully automatic functionality. The new "FR-5" aims to be the perfect middle ground between these two distinctive models. Boasting versatility to meet the needs of all golfers, it achieves universal performance that sets the standard for all wedges. ■PERFORMANCE. A versatile sole that supports forgiveness and allows for technique. Fourteen's signature sole technology brings ease of use to amateur golfers' wedge work, and has been adopted in wedges since the "DJ-5" (2021). The leading edge bumper, the key to forgiveness, provides tolerance for ball impact conditions. Furthermore, it creates a moderate bounce effect in the center of the sole, providing exceptional release in wedge work, making this a truly versatile standard sole. ■The gooseneck shape is meticulously designed for ease of setup. The FR-5 features a moderate gooseneck shape, making it easy to pick up and grip the ball, a key element of its "forgiveness." Because the gooseneck shape emphasizes automaticity, it can feel like a nuisance to players accustomed to straight necks. However, the curve of the neck shape was carefully designed to maintain the functional forgiveness of a gooseneck while also providing the ease of a straight neck. The neck shape features a gentle curve from top to bottom, eliminating any noticeable gooseneck feel. ■ FR PROJECT's evolved high-spin mirror forged face. The face's flatness and groove edges, both of which are within the legal limits, ensure consistent manufacturing precision even in mass-produced products, delivering key elements for stable spin shots. Horizontal laser milling, guided by the FR PROJECT, improves basic spin performance, enabling more consistent spin shots from any lie or wet condition. ■ Diamond Black finish. The diamond black satin finish exudes a sophisticated and powerful look. It is more wear-resistant than previous black plating, and maintains its beautiful condition for longer. The shaft color also uses a black finish to match the head, enhancing the club's overall presence.

Fourteen unleashes the hidden spin potential of your wedges. Born from the FOURTEEN REVOLVE PROJECT, this new rule-compliant spin wedge breaks new ground. It's all for the amateur golfer. FOURTEEN REVOLVE PROJECT. [DETAIL] ■ The finest groove quality surpasses previous inspection standards. Fourteen's most important policy is uncompromising product precision. This is because we want golfers to experience performance that matches the design intent of the development team, without any discrepancies. We have always established and adhered to strict inspection standards. The "FRZ" sets even higher standards for face flatness and groove precision, utilizing cutting-edge technology and rigorous management at our manufacturing plants, as well as rigorous in-house inspections, ensuring that only "perfect grooves" are shipped. We deliver the highest level of spin performance to golfers with the finest groove quality. ■New laser milling technology delivers maximum and stable high spin. High spin requires increased friction between the face and ball at impact, and a key factor in achieving this is the precision of the face's flatness. Since the MT-28, Fourteen has consistently maintained precision in all of its spin wedges. The score lines are designed to maximize the edge, shape, and area required by the rules, resulting in a shape effective for high spin. It is precisely this exceptional precision of flatness that allows us to achieve the best possible grooves. The FRZ also adds laser milling between the score lines. The fine grooves, detailed throughout, provide a drainage effect that minimizes the loss of spin performance in adverse conditions around the green, such as wet, rough, or sandy conditions. ■The Milled Tapered Blade features a new, thicker shape designed for high spin. The FRZ's center of gravity is intentionally positioned away from the actual impact point. One purpose is to increase head maneuverability by positioning the center of gravity on the heel, allowing for a variety of player-directed techniques. The other is to enhance aggressive spin performance. By shifting the center of gravity away from the actual impact area, you can impart spin energy to the ball according to your technique. The toe side of the tapered blade is precisely CNC milled to achieve the desired center of gravity closer to the heel. Fourteen, which developed the "reverse taper blade" to stabilize spin, has now achieved a new level of spin performance and sophisticated design with the innovative "milled tapered blade." *Image of the FRZ center of gravity. The center of gravity is designed slightly closer to the heel. By moving the center of gravity away from the actual impact area, you can expect spin performance through the gear effect. By intentionally not imparting energy to the ball at impact, it also supports techniques such as soft "dead balls." It is specialized for stopping the ball in the intended area. ■ Sole action maximizes spin performance to the ball. Fourteen believes that the head's propulsion (easy release and acceleration) generated by the sole hitting the ground (grass or sand) is the key to wedge performance, imparting optimal spin energy to the ball. We've developed four sole types based on the experience we've gained through the evolution of spin wedges over the 22 years since the launch of the MT-28. Each golfer can maximize spin performance by choosing the best sole for their playing style (face opening/closing) and shot style (head angle of attack). [S Sole] Standard sole. The rounded sole adapts to a variety of shot styles. [H Sole] Hill sole, the sole type that most easily achieves bounce. It's well-suited to golfers with a sharp head angle of attack. [T Sole] Twin sole. The two-sided sole with a mountain-shaped ridge in the center of the sole makes it easy to open the face, maximizing technique. [W Sole] Wide sole. The wide sole provides strong ground sliding and is highly forgiving of head angle of attack. This sole automatically generates spin.

Eliminate the common mishap of sloppy shots. The leading edge of the sole, the lifeblood of a wedge, features a rounded "Tank Sole" that physically eliminates sloppy shots. The "TK" delivers unparalleled performance, charging through the turf like a tank and retrieving the ball no matter how sloppy the shot. Now available in two lofts, 53° and 59°, for a choice of trajectory. The "TK-53" is designed for a running approach shot. A running approach shot with a 5:5 carry to 5 run ratio. The "TK-59" is designed for a pitch-and-run shot. A pitch-and-run shot with a 7:7 carry to 3 run ratio. [DETAIL] ■ The Tank Sole is designed to combat sloppy shots. Golfers who tend to duff the ball tend to aim the head at a sharp angle to the ball due to fear of making a mistake, but this actually increases the likelihood of sloppy shots with a standard wedge shot. That's why the "TK" design features a precisely calculated, rounded leading edge to accommodate a sharp angle of attack, maximizing resistance to rough misses...or rather, to the point where it's frighteningly difficult to dig into the ball. ■ Club balance designed to prevent rough misses. Golf clubs typically have a lighter grip and a heavier head, which can lead to a slower transition and a sharper head angle, resulting in rough misses. "TK" reduces the clubhead's weight and shifts the balance point closer to the grip, preventing a sharper head angle. ■ Advantages of the Dual-Material Composite Forged Head. While the TK design features a large head to fully utilize the voluminous sole shape, increased weight can also lead to functional disadvantages, such as difficulty to handle. A new technology called "Dual-Material Composite Forging" addresses these concerns. This forging process, which embeds a ceramic-based, lightweight material (CMC core) inside the sole, allows for the desired weight and center of gravity to be achieved despite the large head size. The center of gravity is kept at an optimal height, not too low, to improve shot stability. ■Leading edge for better ball pick-up. The leading edge has been rounded compared to the previous model, resulting in an improved face shape that makes it easier to pick up the ball. This makes it easier to visualize your approach shot, and also improves the usability of the wedge in actual play.

Fourteen has never made an iron easier to use. ■The target player is a golfer with Driver head/swing speed of less than 40 m/sec. The two most important factors that active golfers with a long history of golf look for in an iron are "ease of use" and "a shape that is easy to set up." The new "PC-3" is a composite forged iron that perfectly achieves the high trajectory that is the key to ease of use, while also combining a moderately sharp and beautiful shape that feels easy to set up. These irons meet the aesthetics of the playing style established by long-time veteran players. ■Elite D Steel is used in the face for the first time. #5 through #7 clubs feature the new, ultra-high-strength "Elite D Steel" face material. The thinnest face thickness in Fourteen history, at 1.75 mm, enables even higher trajectories with high initial velocities. #8 through PW clubs use 2.0 mm high-strength nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel. It combines high repulsion performance with a mild feel. ■The benefits of the face's repulsion performance. Higher initial ball velocity directly translates into a longer trajectory. Even at lower head speeds, the club maintains the trajectory drop angle necessary to land on the green. ■Optimal score line design clearly defines the role of each club. #5 through #7 clubs feature shallower score lines to optimize resilience and enable higher trajectories. #8 through PW clubs maintain resilience while featuring deeper score lines to reduce flyering in the rough or on rainy days, ensuring consistent spin and the desired distance. ■Strongly repulsive head with a mild feel and impact sound. To overcome the excessively loud and hard impact sound of the pocket cavity design, which pursues higher initial ball velocity, a vibration-absorbing elastomer is injected into the bottom. This provides a pleasant, repulsive, and mild feel and impact sound. ■Center-of-gravity design aligns the actual impact point with the sweet spot. By utilizing the maximum amount of excess weight in the forged body, high-density tungsten is placed on the toe side to move the center of gravity closer to the center of the face. The precisely designed CNC machining adjusts the center of gravity, aligning the impact point with the sweet spot. ■No digging in even when hitting hard. The new PC-3 features the ridged sole with a bumper, a feature popular with the TB-5 FORGED and DJ series. The thick "bumper" shape on the leading edge creates a practical and easy-to-use sole that doesn't dig in even when hitting hard, contributing to a smooth swing. ■FT-50i Shaft: A lightweight carbon shaft in the 50g range designed for ease of swing.

Beyond "It's Okay to Duff!" DJ is a brand designed to make playing easier and more enjoyable for amateur golfers. Since its launch, the DJ series has pursued wedges that allow amateur golfers to "put spin on the ball with their equipment and get closer to the hole more easily." The latest addition, the DJ-6, features a new canyon sole that is the most "fat-resistant" in DJ history, and was created with the desire to help amateur golfers aiming to "break 100" improve their best scores. DJ will continue to help amateur golfers improve their game. [DETAIL] ●Grand Canyon Sole. There are two main types of mistakes amateurs make: topping the ball or duffing it. The DJ-6 features a newly developed G-Canyon sole that is highly resistant to duffing. Through repeated testing of the height difference between the bumper sole and the canyon bounce, the two sole surfaces work synergistically and in a balanced way. The bumper sole allows the club head to penetrate the ground moderately, while the canyon bounce firmly grips the ground, preventing it from digging too deep and pushing the ball forward. It provides a fully automatic, easy-to-hit feel that lets the club do all the work. ●Optimal weight distribution design. The weight distribution of the head is optimized by combining the "W reverse taper blade" and the "theater blade structure". Weight is placed on the blade top toe side and the rear of the sole to further enhance stability at impact. ●Theater blade structure. By eliminating the step in the cavity and flowing the face thickness in a theater-like shape, vibrations transmitted to the hands and the center of gravity are controlled. It achieves both the "feel" and "ease of use" that golfers seek in forged soft iron. ●Head material. This forged head uses S20C (soft iron), which is one of the softest head materials. It gives golfers a feeling of the ball sticking to the club at impact. ●Precision forging process. The back face is precisely forged, the base is carefully prepared, and then finished with fine shots, making it scratch-resistant and maintaining its beauty. ● New High-Spin Mirror Forged Face. Building upon the manufacturing method of the conventional high-spin mirror forged face, which provides stable spin performance even in the rough, the new high-spin mirror forged face pursues a groove shape that is right at the edge of the rules. It suppresses the decrease in spin performance even in the rough or on rainy days, and provides stable spin performance. ● Renewed 'TS-114w Ver2' shaft. Developed in collaboration with Nippon Shaft Co., Ltd., this wedge-specific shaft pursues functionality and feel in pursuit of "just the right amount of swingability" and "ease of use as a wedge". It pursues a feel that makes it easy to keep the ball on the face.

Go beyond "It's OK to Duff!"! The DJ-6 now comes in a "BLACK Edition" with a special light black plating finish. Since its launch, the DJ series has strived to create wedges that allow amateur golfers to "apply spin with their equipment and get the ball closer to the ball." The latest model, the DJ-6, features a new Canyon sole that is more duff-resistant than any previous DJ wedge, designed to help amateur golfers break 100 and improve their best scores. DJ will continue to help amateur golfers improve their game. [DETAIL] ● Grand Canyon Sole (Grand Canyon). Amateurs make two major mistakes: topping the ball or duffing. The DJ-6 features a newly developed G Canyon sole that is especially effective against duffing. After extensive testing, the combination of the bumper sole and the canyon bounce was optimized to create a balanced, synergistic effect between the two sole surfaces. The bumper sole allows the head to dig into the ground, while the canyon bounce firmly grips the ground, pushing the ball forward without letting it sink too deep. It delivers fully automatic forgiveness and ease of use, leaving the club to the driver. ●Optimal Weight Distribution Design. The "W Reverse Taper Blade" and "Theater Blade Structure" combine to optimize the head's weight distribution. Weight is positioned toward the top-toe of the blade and the rear of the sole for enhanced stability at impact. ●Theater Blade Structure. By eliminating the step in the cavity and flowing the face thickness into a theater-like shape, vibrations transmitted to the hand and the center of gravity are controlled. This club achieves both the "feel" and "forgiveness" that golfers desire from a forged soft iron. ●Head Material. This forged head uses S20C (soft iron), the softest of head materials. It provides golfers with a grippy feel upon impact. ●Precision Forging Process. The back face is precisely forged, the base is polished, and then finished with fine shots, resulting in a scratch-resistant, long-lasting beauty. ●New High-Spin Mirror Forged Face. This new High-Spin Mirror Forged Face further evolves the manufacturing process of our conventional High-Spin Mirror Forged Face, pursuing groove shapes that are just within the limits of legal regulations. This ensures stable spin performance even in the rough. ●Black Edition Exclusive "DS-91wBK." The 96g wedge-specific steel shaft "DS-91w," developed for "just right ease of swing" and "ease of use as a club," is finished in a special black finish to match the head. It further enhances the club's presence. ●Dignified Light Black Plating Finish. The black plating, which is much thinner than standard plating, does not detract from the metallic finish of the base, while moderately reducing sunlight reflection, creating a premium look.
