*We will only accept returns if the item is in the same condition as when you received it (with protective plastic and product tags attached).
*Return shipping fees and handling fees (if you select the cash on delivery service) will be borne by the customer.
*When returning the product, you will need to pack it yourself, so please keep the box and packing materials that came with the product when it was delivered.
*If you have already paid for the product via convenience store payment or bank transfer, you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred when receiving a refund.
