Product Description
■You can hit the ball more easily with all clubs.
The new "P790" irons have been released, offering a comfortable feel while expanding the sweet spot by up to 24% (※) and achieving optimal distance and accuracy for each club.
*Compared to the 2023 P790 7-iron. Actual size may vary depending on club.
■ Sweet spot expanded by up to 24% (※)
The 2025 model P790 irons feature a new, lightweight, and highly resilient face material that is 20% stronger than previous models. This increased strength not only contributes to a thinner face and improved ball speed, but also increases the sweet spot by up to 24%.
*Compared to the 2023 P790 7-iron. Actual size may vary depending on club.
■ New material face provides excellent feel
The new P790 irons were developed with a deeper focus on a comfortable feel. TaylorMade's proud technologies, such as club-specific head designs and SPEEDFOAM AIR, deliver the performance and comfortable feel that golfers desire.
■Improved distance and accuracy for each club
The club employs the "FLTD CG Design," a club-specific head design. By placing tungsten weights of different weights and shapes for each club, the club achieves the performance required for each club. The long irons offer "ease of flight," the middle irons offer "ease of aim," and the short irons offer "ease of stopping," resulting in improved forgiveness and stability at every club.
■ Head shape desired by golfers
The head shape has a clean impression with a top line that makes it easier to address. Improvements have been made to the sole and leading edge for each club, resulting in better release on the turf and more consistent shots.
