While the 5000 figure was previously only found on large neo-mallet putters, the TRI-HOT 5K putter, even though it's a blade-type putter, achieves an incredibly high moment of inertia comparable to that of a neo-mallet. This figure is achieved by placing a large amount of tungsten inside the front of the head and in the toe and heel of the front of the sole. ■ A shallow center of gravity design concentrates nearly 80% of the weight in the front of the head. Another notable feature of the TRI-HOT 5K putter is its high MOI and shallow CG. While the front of the head is primarily made of tungsten, the flange at the rear of the head uses aluminum, which has a lower specific gravity. As a result, nearly 80% of the overall weight is concentrated in the front of the head. ■ High MOI and shallow CG ensure consistent distance and direction. Off-center hits with conventional blade putters often result in reduced ball speed, a skewed launch angle, and a lack of direction, making it difficult to land the ball in the cup. The "DOUBLE WIDE" features a crank neck and double bent, while the "TRIPLE WIDE" features a double bent and center shaft. Each model is available in two models. The "TRIPLE WIDE" has a slightly different shape from its predecessor, with the toe and heel sides now tapering vertically instead of flaring downward. ■Odyssey's popular mallets have also joined the lineup. While the previous "TRI-HOT 5K putter" lineup only featured blade-type heads, this time the popular, traditional mallet models, "ROSSIE" and "SEVEN," have been added. These two models have slightly shorter face lengths with standard head sizes, making it difficult to achieve a 5K MOI. Therefore, the head size has been slightly increased to ensure sufficient face length. The "ROSSIE" is available in the S with a double bent and short neck, while the SEVEN is available in the CH with a double bent, S, and crank hosel.
