Product Description
■ New Core, Completed Through Revised Formulation and Thorough Production Management: The newly adopted Hyper Fast Soft Core delivers high ball speed. The material composition has been revised to meet the performance demands of the Chrome Series ball, while production management has been more thorough than ever before. This results in a core that reduces spin on long shots and generates more resilience than previous models, thanks to a more optimal chemical reaction. The mantle surrounding it also features a new material composition, further enhancing the core's performance. ■ Seamless Tour Aero for increased carry without being affected by wind. Improved aerodynamics also contribute to superior distance performance. Callaway's unique Hex Aero Network pattern, which incorporates Tour Aero technology from the previous Chrome Soft series, refined the depth of each hexagon. This new version has been further upgraded and named Seamless Tour Aero. A distinctive feature is the inclusion of multiple circular shapes among the numerous regular hexagons in the pattern. This allows you to hit the ball at the desired distance without being affected by the wind at the ball's descent, further increasing carry. TOPGOLF's trajectory measurement system, utilizing new aerodynamics, is the driving force behind this aerodynamic evolution. TOPGOLF's system, developed by Callaway's subsidiary TOPGOLF, is superior to other measurement devices in its ability to analyze the ball's condition, particularly from its peak point to impact. This led to the adoption of Seamless Tour Aero, which fueled research and development. Further investments enable a more uniform cover thickness. A major highlight of the previous CHROME SOFT series was the introduction of Precision Technology. Significant investments were made in reviewing ball manufacturing equipment and processes, incorporating 3D X-ray technology that allows for visualization of the ball's internal structure. This enabled the production of balls with high precision, minimizing trajectory variation from product to product and shot to shot. Of course, this trend continues today, with further investments in Precision Technology. For the new Chrome Series balls, the machine used to mold the covers has been updated, allowing for a more uniform thickness. This urethane cover, called the High Performance Tour Urethane Soft Cover, is extremely soft and provides superior spin control on approach shots. Naturally, this cover is also uniquely designed to be tailored to the Chrome Series balls.
