■Make soft speed your ally. A lightweight head for effortless distance. The Qi35 MAX Lite Driver is TaylorMade's first titanium-free driver. Previously, the body was constructed from titanium, but now it's made from lightweight, durable military-grade 7075 forged aluminum. This further weight reduction allows for new adjustability and greater forgiveness without sacrificing distance. This lightweight model features the lightest head, shaft, and grip in the Qi4D series, with a head shape that provides a sense of security with an even more draw-biased design, favored by golfers seeking easy distance.
■Excellent distance performance and high forgiveness. The Qi4D Driver features a new face roll design that slightly rounds the face in the vertical direction. This reduces variations in spin caused by impact point deviations up and down the face, improving trajectory stability. The Carbon Twist Face™ also reduces variations in directional control caused by impact point deviations left and right on the face. Furthermore, when combined with the light and strong 60-layer Carbon Face, the driver achieves a lightweight design that contributes to even greater distance.
■Adjustable trajectory. The Qi4D MAX Lite Driver features one adjustable "TAS weight" (4g). By changing to a different weight (sold separately), you can adjust the swing weight and achieve the swing feel you desire. By combining it with the matching "Loft Sleeve," which allows you to adjust the loft by ±2° and the lie angle upright by up to 4°, you can fine-tune spin, trajectory, and launch angle.
■The optimal shaft for you. A new shaft selection method developed by collecting and analyzing data from over 11 million shots over the past 20 years. Golfers' swings are classified into three types based on the degree to which the face is open and closed during the swing (face rotation). By selecting the shaft that best suits your swing, you can achieve greater stability and distance. The new "REAX(TM)" shaft was developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation.
