Product Description
AKA to a New Stage
The W3 and W5 fairway woods feature a groundbreaking design, allowing you to freely switch between offensive and targeted shots.
■ High-rigidity plate and power trench. The power generated by the flex of the power trench is transferred to the ball by the high-rigidity sole plate without loss, creating a powerful trajectory. ■ Optimal head structure according to the club number. Distance-focused fairway woods "W3, W5". The titanium body + tungsten sole structure creates a high launch angle and low spin trajectory, resulting in a long-distance trajectory. ■ Expanded rebound area due to the evolution of the power trench. The effect of the new power trench reduces distance loss even on low impact points. ■ Face laser milling. Stabilizes the amount of spin when the impact point is off, achieving trajectory stability. The milling density is low near the center to increase distance with low spin. The milling density is high around the periphery to ensure a high amount of spin for trajectory stability. Sole leading edge that is easy to hit even from the ground. ■ Center of gravity design that makes it easy to grip. By placing a weight screw at the rear of the sole plate, the center of gravity angle is larger than the previous model, making it even easier to grip. The AKA fairway wood is the first to feature a weight screw. ■ Leading edge. The rounded leading edge allows for a smooth swing even from the ground, supporting stable shots. ■ AKA original shaft born from DAIWA's carbon technology. While increasing the bending rigidity at the grip end, it also achieves good grip and smooth flex return. Furthermore, by increasing the bending rigidity and torsional rigidity at the tip, it achieves a stable impact. A shaft specially designed for the AKA fairway wood, with an excellent balance of distance, direction, and stability. ■ Trajectory adjustment by weight replacement. By replacing the weight screw (sold separately) on the head, the weight and balance can be adjusted to suit each individual golfer. The standard specification comes with a 5g weight. ■ Trajectory adjustment with sleeve. By changing the sleeve position, the trajectory can be adjusted to suit each individual golfer. The AKA fairway wood is the first to feature a sleeve adjustment function, expanding the range of loft angle and lie angle adjustments. ■ Cross Balance Technology. ONOFF's unique Cross Balance Technology allows for complete customization. With the separately sold weight screw and GR CBT grip, you can adjust the balance to match your swing. By replacing the weight screw, which is common to both the head and the grip, you can easily adjust not only the head weight but also the grip weight with "Cross Balance Technology," which brings out optimal performance. ■Conforms to the new groove rules.
