XXIO
XXIO is a series of golf clubs that Dunlop Corporation began selling in January 2000.
The "XXI" in "XXIO" stands for "21" in Roman numerals, meaning "21st century," and the "O" that follows represents "GO ON" and "champion." XXIO, which was released in 2000, just before the dawn of the 21st century, was named with the hope that it would "become the champion of the 21st century!"
Due to its overwhelming presence, XXIO has become a global model that is loved not only in Japan but also in Europe, the United States, and Asia.

XXIO X 10th generation
[Release date: December 9, 2017]
The "Smart Impact Shaft" passes close to the body, reducing stress on the body while providing a large rebound, allowing the head to move quickly and increasing the probability of hitting the ball center-on. The head is a "High Energy Impact Head" that was developed after thorough analysis of the user's impact point, and maximized resilience by expanding the center of gravity up, down, left, and right. The synergistic effect of this shaft and head, "True Focus Impact," delivers a "center-on flight experience" that hits the ball center-on and sends it flying far.

XXIO 9 9th generation
[Release date: December 5, 2015]
An evolution of the 8th generation, this design improves swing trajectory. The head remains in place during the backswing, delaying the release of the cock. The head passes close to the body, reducing the radius of rotation and allowing for a faster arm swing. Increased centrifugal force allows the head to move faster, resulting in increased head speed.
Loft: 8.5 degrees, 9.5 degrees, 10.5 degrees, 11.5 degrees, 12.5 degrees
Head volume: 460cm3

XXIO 8 8th generation
[Release date: December 7, 2013]
The "Swing Moment of Inertia" focuses on the fact that professionals and advanced players increase their head speed by using the cock skillfully to bring the club closer to their body during the downswing. It was developed based on the theory that head speed increases if the "Swing Moment of Inertia" is reduced. It shifts the center of gravity 10mm closer to the hands, resulting in a swing that allows for a pause at the top.
Loft: 8.5 degrees, 9.5 degrees, 10.5 degrees, 11.5 degrees, 12.5 degrees
Head volume: 460cm3
Club length: 45.5 inches

XXIO PRIME VP first generation
[Release date: 2011]
The XXIO Prime VP Wood is designed for golfers with a head speed of around 30 m/s. Its 16-degree loft increases launch angle, and carbon fiber, lighter than titanium, is placed in the crown and toe of the sides, lowering the center of gravity even further than the Prime. This design allows the ball to rise easily and achieve greater distances, even at low head speeds, without increasing spin.

New XXIO 6th generation
[Release date: December 12, 2009]
The concept is to hit the ball normally and have it produce an upper blow like a female professional, increasing the distance. To achieve this, the center of gravity is deep and designed to increase the launch angle. The face is made of a newly developed, high-strength, light-weight material, Super-TIX® PLUS for XXIO, to reduce weight. The body is also made of light-weight titanium, with the center of gravity located at the rear of the sole.

ALL NEW XXIO 4th generation
[Release date: 2006]
Based on user demand, the lineup includes two models: compliant and high-repulsion. The compliant model's crown is made of high-strength 15-3-3-3 titanium, forged to a thickness of 0.5mm, and laser welding is used to eliminate overlap at the joints, reducing weight, with the excess weight allocated to the sole weight. The face is made of light-density titanium Super-TIX® 51AF for XXIO. The body itself is a titanium composite design head that combines three types of titanium, 6AL-4V vacuum precision cast titanium, resulting in a high trajectory, low spin, and increased average distance.
